Be a witness for Jesus. A Christian person is to be Christ's witness, an ambassador for Him wherever he goes! (John 20:21). HOW -- sign up and go witnessing through your Sunday School class each week!

Be a tither. (Malachi 3:10-11). God's plan for financing His church!

Be a committed Christian. In the home, at work or school and in the church. Take a full part in the life of church, all preaching services, the Sunday School and the Training Union!

Be a student of the Bible. The Bible is food for our spiritual life, which needs to be nourished.

Be a prayer warrior. Prayer is your lifeline to God. Form the habit of starting each day with a few minutes in prayer and Bible reading. (Begin with the book of John). Learn to pray throughout the day as the need arises. Take all your problems and burdens to God. (1 Peter 5:7) Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. When temptation or sin arises, claim His promise of forgiveness (1 John 1:9) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Be thankful. It will bless your life! (1 Thessalonians 5:18) In everything give thanks-- for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
